Get help from Yahoo Support when you encounter Mail problems.

Enter a support request to contact Yahoo via email.
- Go to your browser's Yahoo help screen.
- Click the Mail tab at the top of that page to access Yahoo Mail support options.
- Select the Yahoo Mail product in question from the drop-down menu at the top left of the screen. The options for Android email app, iOS mail app, for , desktop e-mail , mobile mail or the new desktop email you.
- Topic Browse to select the most appropriate topic on reason for contacting Yahoo! support.
- If you can't find the answer there, select Mail for Desktop from the drop-down menu .
- On the right side of the Yahoo Support screen , click Mail Quick Fix Tool to have Yahoo run a scan of your account .
- In the screen that opens , click Go to Yahoo Mail Quick Fix Tool .
- Enter your Yahoo ID in the field at the top of the screen (if you haven't already done so).
- Select an issue from the drop-down menu.
- In Alternate Email, enter a different email address (not the Yahoo email address in question) .
- Please enter your email address to access the following fields.
- Enter the code that appears in the captcha box.
- Click Create Request to instruct Yahoo Support to examine the account in question.
Yahoo , check the summary of results from Yahoo e-mail account provided to. It may include steps to follow to troubleshoot the issue. The whole process can take anywhere from 2 to 24 hours.
